InWin have been on a bit of a roll with some very unique and interesting case designs offering high modularity and style options for the end user. Recently they have released their F5 Full Tower case first seen at Computex 2023 featuring a customizable front panel. The F5 is a full tower case which boasts customizable front panel bezels allowing users to pop them off and choose between glossy or wooden aesthetics.
Last year, InWin introduced the innovative Mod 3, a hybrid case that allows you to start with a base and expand it by adding modules on the top, sides, or back. Its success has led to the release of a mini version, featuring a smaller base with the same modular expansion capabilities. In this series, we'll explore all the components we have for this mini Mod 3.
We have all of the components here and with this we're going to make a project with a multi-part series where in the first video we're going to cover what components we have and we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments on what kind of build it should be. So let's get into it and see what we've got.
InWin ModFree Mini, unboxing, overview (the best premium ITX SFF Case 2024)
this is the modfree mini. i have the mod III edition which is the biggest version, there is also a mod II edition which is a little smaller and therefore has less capability in terms of hardware compatibility.
this is absolutely stunning and the best looking itx case i have ever seen personally.
it has real walnut panels with plenty of mesh to allow for brilliant airflow whilst still looking incredible.
with the modfree series from InWin you can expand the case to your needs and add more modules to allow for multiple configurations, cooling mode, storage mode or gpu mode, or why not all of them. the possibilities are endless.
In recent years, we have seen many cases with similar multi-faceted glass designs. InWin has not joined this design trend and insists on going its own way. Moreover, we hope to use our iBuildShare as a starting point to continue to bring different creativity to players in the PC DIY environment, such as the modular Dubili case, which allows players to assemble it with their own hands. A "real" case. The appearance is overall very coherent and you get some accessories directly included. The choice of materials, coupled with the workmanship and design make the Dubili a true premium case. InWin Dubili is undoubtedly very high-quality.
InWin is one of the oldest manufacturers of PC cases and power supply units. Unlike most other companies, InWin has remained almost exclusively focused on the design and marketing of PC cases, AIO's and PSUs rather than trying to diversify into other areas of the market. Today InWin is offering one of the most comprehensive selections of cases, ranging from low-cost towers to entirely unique designs. Well, we continue our momentum with this time, the InWin 315 test! The InWin 315 case is designed to become the basis of a gaming-grade desktop computer with an unusual design.
Deciding on a PC tower can be a headache for many, as there are many sizes and price ranges. Although it must be said that the majority of users are happy with having a basic tower and RGB lighting, there are others who are looking for something more customizable. But what if you want a little more flexibility in your case itself? What if you start with a mini-ITX build, but find out later your high-power parts really need a full ATX case? Then you might want to check out the InWin Mod Free, a radical departure for case design that nonetheless accommodates all modern ATX-compliant parts.
